Beef Stir Fry with Vegetables

Here is a very easy-to-make recipe for beef lovers. You can use a various mix of vegetables depending on the season and your liking. This recipe can also be used for chicken and lamb.

Ingredients for Beef Stir Fry Recipe

1. 500 gram of beef

2. Vegetables: Mushroom, capsicum, carrots, green beans, asparagus (optional), bok choy, Brocolli

3. Soy Sauce - Oyster Sauce

4. Brown Sugar and Corn Flour

5. Beef Broth

 

How to make Stir Fry Beef Recipe

1. Put diced beef in a bowl and add soy sauce, oyster sauce and brown sugar. Mix and put it in the fridge for 20 min.

2. Steam broccoli and put it in cold water

3. Heat the wok and pour oil on the side of the wok. Drain excess oil.

4. Stir-fry beef for 3-4 minutes until the colour changes.

5. Move beef to a container and clean the wok. Add a bit of oil and stir fry the vegetables.

6. Add beef after 4 minutes.

7. Stir fry and add a mixture of Beef Stock, cornflour and soya sauce.
