01Blend the eggs, bread slices, cream and sugar in a food processor or a blender.
02In a saucepan, add the ghee and cardamom. Stir these two ingredients for a few seconds till the cardamom starts to leave an aroma.
03Now add the egg mix on low heat and start cooking and keep stirring till it is dry and leave the side of the pan.
04Garnish with sliced almonds and serve hot.
