Thai Green Curry Recipe
This Thai green beef curry recipe is quick and uncomplicated. Delicious beef, cooked with aubergine in a fragrant green curry sauce.
List of ingredients for this recipe:
- 450g beef sirloin
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp Thai green curry paste
- 2.5 cups coconut milk
- 4 kaffir lime leaves (torn)
- 1-2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 150g Thai Aubergines (eggplant)
- Handful of basil
- 2 green chillies
Preparation Steps for Thai Green Curry Recipe
1 Take the beef and cut it into thin long strips with a sharp knife. After that, put it aside.
2 In a big pan or wok, heat the oil. Cook for 1-2 minutes after adding the curry paste.
3 Half of the coconut milk should be added at this point. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring periodically until the surface has a slight gloss.
4 Combine the meat, kaffir lime leaves, fish sauce, sugar, and aubergine in a large mixing bowl. Cook for another 2-3 minutes before adding the rest of the coconut milk.
5 Return to low heat and continue to cook until the meat and aubergines are soft.
6 Before serving with white rice, add the basil and stir well.
