01Put the chicken, onions, garlic, ginger, bay leaf, salt and vinegar in a pot along with water. (Quantity depending upon how much soup you wanna prepare)
02Cover the pot with a lid and leave it on medium flame for half an hour.
03After half hour sift out the ingredients from the chicken broth.
04Take a pot and put 2 tbsp oil in it. Add the ginger-garlic paste. Cook it for 1-2 minutes and add the carrot, cabbage and spring onions.
05Add 2 tbsp of vinegar, tomato sauce and chili sauce. Add the previously boiled chicken (cut into small pieces) and the broth. Add 1 tbsp black pepper and 2 tbsp of soy sauce after cooking it for several minutes.
06Take 5 tbsp of cornflour and add 1/2 of water in it so it forms a thick mixture. Slowly add the mixture into the soup, while mixing it simultaneously. This process is done to increase the thickness of the soup.
