1. 500 grams of beef
2. Vegetables: Mushroom, capsicum, carrots, green beans, asparagus (optional), bok choy, Brocolli
3. Soy Sauce - Oyster Sauce
4. Brown Sugar and Corn Flour
5. Beef Broth
01Put diced beef in a bowl and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar. Mix and put it in the fridge for 20 min.
02Steam broccoli and put it in cold water
03Heat the wok and pour oil on the side of the wok. Drain excess oil.
04Stir-fry beef for 3-4 minutes until the color changes.
05Move beef to a container and clean the wok. Add a bit of oil and stir fry the vegetables.
06Add beef after 4 minutes.
07Stir fry and add a mixture of Beef Stock, cornflour, and soya sauce.
