01In a bowl, combine yeast with milk and put it aside.
02Cream together butter and sugar, and add in the eggs one by one.
03Sift in the salt and flour.
04Cover the bowl after folding in the yeast and milk mixture and let the dough rise.
05Roll the dough out.
06Spread the butter over it and sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on it.
07Roll the dough like a swiss roll and cut it out into 2-inch thick buns.
08Lay out the rolls in a pan and let them proof (rise) for the second time.
09Bake them at 180° C/ 350° F for 20 min.
10Spread frosting over it as soon as the buns come out of the oven.
