Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients for Meatballs:
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1 kg mutton mince
- 1 onion (chopped)
- Mint (to taste)
- Coriander (to taste)
- Spring onion (to taste)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 and 1/2 red chili flakes
- 1/2 red chili powder
Method for Preparation of Meatballs:
01Firslty, cook the rice until golden brown. After that, crush the rice into powdered form.
02Now add the mince, onions, mint, coriander, spring onion, soy sauce, salt, sugar, chilli flakes and red chilli onto a bowl.
03Add the powdered rice and mix well.
04Leave the marination for 2 hours.
05Make evenly shaped balls out of the marination.
06Deep fry the meatballs on medium heat until reddish-brown. Serve them however you like. Enjoy!
