Vegetable Pakora Recipe
Ingredients for Vegetable Pakora:
- 1 onion
- Cabbage (equal amounts)
- Carrot (lesser amount)
- Spinach (increased amount)
- A little coriander and spring onions
- 1 potato cut into small pieces (cubes or fries, however, you like)
- 2 cups of maize flour
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp dry coriander
- 1/2 tbsp caraway seeds
- Water for marination
Method for Preparation of Vegetable Pakora:
01Add all the ingredients into a bowl and marinate them with your hands.
02Pour bite sized portions of the marination onto the frying pan.
03Fry them on medium heat till golden brown.
04Serve them with mint chutney and enjoy.
