Fried Chicken is a dish consisting of chicken pieces that have been coated with seasoned flour or batter and pan-fried, deep fried, pressure fried or air fried.
Fried Chicken Restaurant Style Recipe
Ingredients for Fried Chicken:
- 2 kg chicken drumsticks (make deep cuts into the chicken)
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- Half-bowl yogurt
For coating:
- 2 cups plain flour
- 2 pinches of baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Method for Preparation of Fried Chicken:
01Add the egg, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce and yogurt to the chicken and mix well.
02Leave it for marination for at least 4 hours.
03Put the coating ingredients in a bowl and mix then well.
04Preheat the frying pan/pot.
05Properly coat the marinated chicken with the coating mixture on both sides.
06Fry the drumsticks till golden brown.
Your fried chicken is ready. Serve with garlic mayo, some buns with butter and enjoy!
