Veggie Pakora Recipe
Ingredients for Veggie Pakora Recipe:
- Spinach
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1 potato (large size, sliced)
- 4-5 tbsp gram flour
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp red chili powder
- 1+1/2 tbsp dry coriander
Method for Preparation of Veggie Pakora Recipe:
01Add all the ingredients in a bowl together along with a cup of water.
02Mix them well.
03Preheat the oil and put bite-sized lumps of the mixture into the fryer.
04Fry on medium flame till golden-dark brown.
05Your pakoras are ready. Serve with mint chutney, tamarind chutney or ketchup. Enjoy!
