01Add the mutton, salt, cinnamon sticks, black cardamom and garlic in a cooking pot along with water.
02Cover the pot with a lid and leave it on medium-high flame for 25-30 minutes. Give it a check every 10 minutes.
03In another pot pour 1/2 cup oil and heat it for a few minutes. Now put the previously cooked meat inside the new pot. Leave it to cook for a few minutes.
04Meanwhile, take 1 cup of yogurt and add white pepper and black pepper and mix well. Add the yogurt mixture and cumin seeds to the cooking pot.
05Cook for a few minutes. Add some ginger and green chilies for taste. Add the cream and cook for 5 minutes. Make sure the meat is properly tenderized.
