White Chicken Karahi Recipe

Ingredients for White Chicken Karahi:

• 1/2 kg oil
• 1+1/2 kg chicken
• 5 tbsp yogurt
• 1 tbsp cumin seeds
• 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• 2 piece cinnamon sticks
• 1 tbsp salt
• 1 tbsp white pepper
• 300g of cream
• 1 tbsp black pepper
• Ginger
• Green chili

 Method for Preparation of White Chicken Karahi:

01Fry the chicken in a pot. The color of the chicken will gradually start to change.

02Once the chicken is fried, remove the oil from the pot. Add the ginger-garlic paste and the cinnamon sticks and continue frying the chicken for 4-5 mintues.

03Now add 1 tbsp salt and white pepper. Add the cumin seeds into the yogurt in a separate bowl and mix well.

04Add the yougurt mix to the pot, cover the pot with a lid and cook the chicken on medium flame for atleast 5 minutes.

05Once its cooked for 5 minutes, add 300 grams of cream, black pepper, sliced ginger and sliced green chillies. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Your delicious white karahi is ready. Serve with naan and raita. Enjoy!
